Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within [number of days] of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

To return an item, please contact our customer support team via phone or email. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Once you have received the return shipping label, please package the item securely and attach the label to the outside of the package. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping carrier location.

Refunds

Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the item is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund within three working days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for perishable items, such as fresh produce and dairy products.
  • We may not be able to accept returns or exchanges for certain items, such as custom-made products or items that have been used.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
